Raufoss Technology is a privately held corporation fully owned by Neuman Aluminium supplying aluminum components, systems and services to the global automotive industry.

CAG Holding solely owned by Dr. Cornelius Grupp is the owner of Neuman Aluminium, CAG Holding is a company network within manufacturing with a wide product range covering slugs, direct extrusion, impact extrusion, packaging components, roof systems, glass- and fiberproducts. CAG has approx 5000 employees worldwide.

Raufoss Technology is headquartered in Raufoss, Norway and has manufacturing units in Boisbriand, Canada and Suzhou, China. The company has 240 employees in total and had a total sales income in 2011 on approx 85 million EUR.

Our core competence is within development, design, testing and manufacturing of hot formed and cold formed aluminum suspension systems as a Tier1 supplier to the OEM’s globally.
